摘　　要：目的了解乌鲁木齐市三甲专科医院肿瘤科护士对姑息照护的认知和态度。方法 2017年9-11月,对乌鲁木齐市三甲专科医院肿瘤科18名护士以质性研究的现象学方法为指导,进行半结构式访谈并对访谈结果进行分析。结果提炼出5个主题:肿瘤科护士对姑息照护理念的认知;对患者姑息照护措施;对家属姑息照护措施;患者病情告知矛盾状态;姑息照护实施面临的问题。结论肿瘤科护士姑息照护理念的实施态度积极,能够告知患者的自身病情,应加强姑息照护理念的推广。Objective To understand the cognition and attitude of oncology nurses to palliative care in a 3-A Grade specialized hospital in Urumqi.Methods From September to November 2017,18 nurses in oncology department in a 3-A Grade specialized hospital in Urumqi,guided by the phenomenological method of qualitative research.Semi-structured interviews were conducted and interview results were analyzed.Results Five themes were extracted from the results：cognition of nurses in the department of oncology for palliative care;measures for palliative care of patients;measures for palliative care of family members;the state of contradiction in informing the state of disease to patients;problems faced by the implementation of palliative care.Conclusion Nurses in oncology department have a positive attitude towards palliative care,are able to inform the patients of their own conditions of disease,so need to strengthen the promotion of the concept of palliative care.
