摘 要:目的评价天然松香局部应用方式对牙本质小管的即刻封闭效果及其耐磨性,为其防治牙本质过敏提供实验依据。方法 (1)制备牙本质块40个,随机分为乙醇组、氟保护漆组、松香涂刷组、松香涂吹组(每组n=10)。所有样本酸蚀30 s使牙本质小管开放。松香涂吹组样本涂刷50%松香溶液+气枪轻吹,其余各组分别用无水乙醇,氟涂膜,松香乙醇溶液涂刷,场发射扫描电镜观察牙本质表面及剖面的显微形貌,并测量牙本质小管开口面积(ADTO)、牙本质小管开口相对面积(PADTO)和树脂突长度(LRT)。(2)制备20个牙本质块,分为氟保护漆磨损组和松香磨损组(每组n=10)。松香磨损组试件酸蚀、50%松香溶液处理及气枪轻吹,氟保护漆磨损组样本氟保护漆处理。两组样本均进行为期14 d的刷牙磨损,FESEM观察表面磨损形貌。结果乙醇组ADTO和PADTO均显著高于其余各组(P<0.05)。松香涂刷组和松香涂吹组ADTO和PADTO与氟涂膜组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。松香涂刷组LRT显著小于松香涂吹组(P<0.05)。扫描电镜见乙醇组牙本质小管完全开放,氟涂膜组、松香涂刷及松香涂吹组牙本质表面被覆膜状物;松香涂刷及松香涂吹组形成粗大树脂突,松香涂吹组形成的树脂突更长。氟保护漆磨损组和松香磨损组表面可见明显磨痕,牙本质小管部分开口,氟保护漆磨损组小管开口较松香磨损组大。结论松香溶液局部涂布合并吹拂可获得更好的牙本质小管即刻封闭效果和一定耐磨性。松香乙醇溶液可作为一种简便易用的抗牙本质过敏剂。Objective To evaluate the sealing effect of local application method of rosin on dentin tubules and its abrasion resistance,and provide an experimental basis in prevention and treatment of dentin hypersensitivity. Methods(1)Forty dentin blocks were prepared and randomly divided into 4 groups( n = 10 in each group) : ethanol group,fluorine varnish group,rosin painting group and rosin blowing group. The dentin blocks were etched for 30 s to open the dentin tubules. The dentin blocks were treated with absolute ethanol,fluoride varnish and 50% rosin ethanol solution in ethanol group,fluorine varnish group and rosin painting group,respectively,and the dentin blocks were treated with 50% rosin ethanol solution and blown using dental air pistol in rosin blowing group. The micromorphology of dentin surface and longitudinal section were observed using field emission scanning electron microscope( FESEM),and the area of dentin tubular openings( ADTO),the percentage area of dentin tubular openings( PADTO) and the length of resin tags( LRT) were also measured.(2)Twenty dentin blocks were randomly divided into fluorine varnish abrasion group( n = 10) and rosin abrasion group( n = 10). The dentin blocks were etched,and then treated with 50% rosin ethanol solution and blown in rosin abrasion group,and the dentin blocks were treated with fluoride varnish in fluoride varnish abrasion group. Then,all the dentin blocks in fluoride varnish abrasion group and rosin abrasion group experienced brushing test for 14 d. The abrasion micro-morphology of dentin surface were observed using FE-SEM. Results The ADTO and PADTO in ethanol group were significantly higher than those in the other groups( P〈0. 05). The ADTO and PADTO in rosin painting group and rosin blowing group had no significant difference from that in fluorine varnish group( P〈0. 05). The LRT in rosin painting group was significantly lower than that in rosin blowing group( P〈0. 05).The dentin tubules were opened completely
