摘　　要：目的检测AIB1蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的表达情况,并探讨其表达与Bcl-2蛋白表达之间的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测15例正常子宫内膜组织、36例子宫内膜癌中AIB1、Bcl-2蛋白的表达情况,分析AIB1蛋白表达与子宫内膜癌临床病理特征的关系,及其表达与Bcl-2蛋白的表达间有无相关性。结果子宫内膜癌组织中AIB1蛋白、Bcl-2蛋白的阳性率分别为47.2%和83.3%,显著高于正常的子宫内膜(分别是13.3%和26.7%,P<0.05)。临床Ⅲ-Ⅳ期、淋巴结转移子宫内膜癌组织的AIB1阳性率分别显著高于临床Ⅰ-Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移(均P<0.05)。子宫内膜癌患者AIB1蛋白与Bcl-2蛋白表达量之间存在正相关(P<0.05)。结论 AIB1蛋白有可能协同Bcl-2促进子宫内膜癌的发生、发展。Objective To investigate the expression of AIB1 protein in endometrial carcinoma and explore its relationship with the expression of Bcl-2 protein. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression level of AIB1 and Bcl-2 protein in 15 specimen of normal endometrium tissue and 36 specimen of endometrial carcinoma tissue. The relationship between AIB1 protein expression and clinical features of endometrial carcinoma,and its correlation with the expression of Bcl-2 protein were analyzed.Results The positive rates of AIB1 protein and Bcl-2 protein in endometrial carcinoma were 47. 2% and 83. 3%,respectively,which were significantly higher than that of normal endometrium（ 13. 3% and 26. 7%,P〈0. 05）. The positive rates of AIB1 in Ⅲ-Ⅳclinical stage and lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than that of Ⅰ-Ⅱ clinical stage and no lymph node metastasis,respectively（ P〈0. 05）. There was a positive correlation between the AIB1 protein expression and Bcl-2 protein expression（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion AIB1 protein and Bcl-2 may synergistically promote the development of endometrial carcinoma.
