摘　　要：通过对现有隧道防火涂料所用原料的分析,结合目前隧道用防火涂料的标准要求,研制成超薄膨胀型隧道防火涂料。该涂料耐火极限高,粘结强度大,施工简单方便,养护周期短,各项技术指标均达到隧道防火涂料的国标要求,市场前景广阔。Through the analysis of the existing tunnel fire retardant coatings materials,combined with the standard requirements for the tunnel fire retardant coatings,an ultra-thin intumescent fire retardant coatings for tunnel was developmented.The coatings had characteristics of high fireproof limit,high bond strength,simple and convenient construction,short maintenance cycle etc.Its various technical indexes had reached the national standard requirements for tunnel fire retardant coatings and the market prospect was wide.
