摘　　要：目的探讨非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)患者血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平及其影响因素。方法选取新乡医学院第一附属医院感染科住院的130例NAFLD患者作为试验组,同期健康体检者60名作为对照组。收集两组患者BMI、血压、血糖、血脂、血尿酸、转氨酶(ALT、AST)和5-HT数据资料,采用t检验或χ2检验比较两组各指标间的差异,通过多因素Logistic回归分析研究相关因素对5-HT水平的影响。用Spearman相关分析血清5-HT水平与NAFLD之间的相关性。结果NAFLD组患者血清5-HT水平较健康对照组显著升高(χ2=35.650,P<0.000);NAFLD组患者血清5-HT水平在年龄、BMI、是否存在血脂异常及高血压病、糖尿病、高尿酸血症之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,5-HT与BMI、血脂及血糖有关。血清5-HT水平与NAFLD呈正相关(r=1.235,P=0.001)。结论 NAFLD患者血清5-HT水平较高,5-HT与BMI、血脂及血糖有关。Objective To investigate the level of serum 5-HT in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease（NAFLD） and its influencing factors. Methods One hundred and thirty inpatients with NAFLD from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University were collected as experimental group and meanwhile,60 populations coming for physical examination as control group. The data of BMI,blood pressure,serum glucose,serum lipids,serum uric acid,ALT,AST and 5-HT in two groups were collected and then detected by t or χ2 test. The level of serum 5-HT and its influencing factors were evaluated by multivariate Logistic regression analysis. The correlation between 5-HT and NAFLD was explored by Spearman analysis. Results The level of serum 5-HT in NAFLD group was significantly higher than that in control group（χ^2= 35. 650,P〈0. 000）. These risk factors such as age,BMI,diabetes,dyslipidemia,hypertension,hyperuricemia were correlated with the level of serum 5-HT in patients with NAFLD. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis demonstrated that BMI,serum level of lipid and glucose were the main factors which influenced the level of serum 5-HT in paients with NAFLD. The level of serum 5-HT was correlated with NAFLD（r = 1. 235,P =0. 001）. Conclusion The level of serum 5-HT is higher in patients with NAFLD and also associated with the BMI,serum level of lipid and glucose.
