摘　　要：目的:研究钙化灶型乳腺癌与临床病理参数的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测96例钙化灶乳腺癌和41例非钙化灶乳腺癌患者的相关基因表达,分析钙化灶与临床病理参数的内在联系。结果:钙化灶乳腺癌分期较非钙化灶乳腺癌晚(P=0.012),浸润性乳腺癌较原位癌钙化更常见(P=0.039)。乳腺癌钙化与HER-2扩增(P=0.042)、Ki-67的表达率(P=0.027)密切相关。HER-2扩增型和三阴性乳腺癌较Luminal A型、Luminal B型乳腺癌,发生钙化更常见(P=0.014)。结论:乳腺癌钙化与其病理分期、HER-2扩增、Ki-67表达率及分子分型密切相关。Objective：To disclose the relationship between calcifications and breast cancer（ BC） pathological features Methods：The expression of key genes in BC were detected in 96 BCs with calcifications and 41 BCs without calcification by immunohistochemically stain,the relationship between calcifications and BC pathological features was analyzed.Results：A significant difference was observed between calcification and stage（ P = 0.012）.The more calcifications were found in invasive BC than in ductal carcinoma in situ（ DCIS）（ P = 0.039）.The HER-2,Ki-67 were found relate to calcifications of BC（ P = 0.042）,（ P = 0.027）.Patients were more likely to have calcifications if they HER-2 positive or triple negative type when comparing with Luminal A,Luminal B BC（ P = 0.014）.Conclusion：Calcifications in breast cancer related to stage,Her-2,Ki-67 and molecular type.
