摘　　要：针对目前职业教育现代学徒制实践基地建设现状,以门窗专业为例,从体制机制、实践岗位、运行管理、双师团队、工学交替、企业文化及考核评价等多方面开展实践探索,取得了较好成效,提升了人才培养质量和社会声誉,推动了职业教育的发展,具有重要的借鉴和推广意义。In view of the construction of the current practice base of modern apprenticeship system in vocational education, the author takes the case of door and window specialty as an example to explore the system mechanism,practice position, operation management, double division team, alternating engineering, enterprise culture and evaluation, and so on, and has achieved good results, raised the quality of personnel training and social reputation, promoted the development of vocational education, which has important reference and promotion significance.
