云南“南向”跨境高等教育国际合作的SWOT分析

摘　　要：面向南亚、东南亚的跨境高等教育国际合作是我国高等教育国际化发展的需要,也是实施"一带一路"战略的重要举措。云南在此行动中有着特殊的重要作用。本文在分析我国高等教育跨境国际合作现状的基础上,对云南"南向"高等教育跨境国际合作的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战作了较好的分析,对于云南面向南亚、东南亚的高等教育国际合作有一定的参考价值和推进意义。International cooperation on cross-border higher education in South and Southeast Asia not only is the need for the development of internationalization of higher education in China,but also the important steps of implementing ＂One Belt,One Road Initiative＂. Yunnan Province plays a special role in the Initiative. Based on the analysis of current situation of cross-border higher education in China,this article analyses the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of cross-border higher education. The analysis has reference value and significance to cross-border higher education cooperation of Yunnan Province with southward countries.
