脑室胶样囊肿的临床特点及诊断治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨脑室胶样囊肿的临床特点及诊断治疗方法。方法对我科收治的5例脑室胶样囊肿患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,并复习国内外相关文献。结果 1例侧脑室胶样囊肿患者行右侧三角部马蹄瓣入路囊肿切除术,3例第三脑室胶样囊肿患者行额部纵裂入路经胼胝体胶样囊肿切除术,1例第三脑室胶样囊肿患者行脑室腹腔分流术并囊肿伽马刀放射治疗,均预后良好。结论脑室胶样囊肿发病率低,多起病急,一但有症状需尽快行囊肿切除术。Objective The clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of ventricular colloid cyst were explored.Methods The clinical data of 5 cases of colloid cyst of the ventricle were analyzed retrospectively and the literature was reviewed.Results One case of colloid cyst in the lateral ventricle underwent cyst resection through right triangle horseshoe flap approach;3 cases of colloid cyst in the third ventricle underwent cyst resection through frontal interhemispheric callosal approach;1 case of colloid cyst in the third ventricle underwent ventriculoperitoneal shunt and gamma radiation therapy.All 5 patients had a good prognosis.Conclusion The incidence of colloid cyst in the ventricle is low and the disease is urgent.Once the symptoms onset,the surgical operation should be considered as soon as possible.
