摘 要:对RV减速器曲柄轴进行受力分析,提出曲柄轴弯曲应力分析的理论计算模型。基于有限元法,利用ANSYS APDL建立RV减速器装配体有限元分析模型,模型中考虑了关键零部件之间的接触,行星轮、曲柄轴承以及摆线轮的变形和曲柄轴承间隙,使曲柄轴弯曲应力分析更符合工程实际。对比分析理论计算结果和有限元分析结果,总结出每个曲柄轴最大弯曲应力发生的位置及曲柄轴弯曲应力的影响因素,为曲柄轴结构参数优化提供理论依据。Through the force analysis of the crank shaft of the RV reducer,the theoretical calculation model of the bending stress analysis of the crank shaft is proposed. Based on the finite element method,ANSYS APDL is used to establish the finite element assembly model of RV reducer,which considers the contact between the key components,deformation of the planetary gears,the crank bearing and the cycloidal gears,and the crank bearing clearance,so that the bending stress analysis of crank shaft is more in line with the engineering practice. Through comparative analysis of theoretical calculation and finite element analysis results,the position of the maximum bending stress of each crank shaft and the influencing factors of bending stress of the crank shaft are summarized,and the theoretical basis for the optimization of the crank shaft structural parameters is given.
