摘　　要：文章指出邢台市历史文化资源对外传播的重要性,通过分析邢台市历史文化资源的对外传播现状,提出了提升其对外传播质量的途径;特别强调了对外传播翻译工作中应该遵循的两个原则,为相关外宣工作人员提供了参考。This article points out the importance of the cross-cultural transmission of Xingtai historical and cultural resources, analyzes the status quo of the present transmission and puts forward several means of improving the present situation, emphasizing the two principles translators should obey in the translation of historical and cultural literature.
