小切口提上睑肌缝线缩短术联合微创重睑术治疗老年性上睑下垂的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨对老年性上睑下垂患者采取小切口提上睑肌缝线缩短术联合微创重睑术治疗的临床效果及安全性。方法本次纳入的患者以本院在2015年1月至2017年12月期间收治的老年上睑下垂患者为对象,共138例,根据治疗方式不同将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各为69例。对照组给予微创重脸术,观察组给予小切口提上睑肌缝线缩短术联合微创重睑术,对两组患者治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组治疗有效率为98.55%明显高于对照组84.06%,相对比,P<0.05(χ2=9.3873)。结论给予老年上睑下垂患者小切口提上睑肌风险缩短法联合重睑术治疗,有较好的疗效,值得应用。objective to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of small incision and shortening of upper eyelid muscle suture i n patients with senile ptosis.Method the into patients to our hospital in January 2015 to December 2017 admitted during the period of p atients with senile ptosis as the object, a total of 138 cases, according to different treatment will be randomly divided into observation g roup and control group, each of 69 cases.In the control group, minimally invasive refacial surgery was performed, and the observation g roup was given a small incision to lift the upper eyelid muscle suture, combined with minimally invasive blepharoplasty, to compare th e therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results the effective rate of treatment was 98.55%, which was significantly higher than 84.06% in the control group, compared with P〈0.05（χ^2=9.3873）.Conclusion it is useful to treat patients with blepharoptosis in elderly patients with lower eyelid muscle risk reduction combined with double eyelid surgery.
