摘　　要：目的研究老年人面部皮肤肿瘤采取整形外科手术切除及个性化整形修复治疗效果及复发情况。方法选取本院2014年1月~2018年1月收治的老年面部皮肤肿瘤患者52例,均接受整形外科手术切除及个性化整形修复治疗。良性肿瘤32例,恶性肿瘤20例。根据患者切除后具体状况,采取个性化整形修复治疗方案,具体方法有直接切除缝合、植皮修复、皮瓣修复、皮瓣植皮结合修复方法。结果所有患者术后恢复良好,伤口完全愈合,外形修复结果满意,随访无复发情况发生,功能良好。结论面部皮肤肿瘤老年患者接受整形外科手术能有效治疗肿瘤,并且个性化的整形修复可获得满意容貌以及良好的功能,复发率低,值得推广应用。Objective To study the effect and recurrence of facial skin tumors in elderly patients with plastic surgery and individualized plastic surgery. Methods 52 patients with aged facial skin tumors admitted to the hospital from January 2014 to January 2018 were selected for surgical resection and personalized plastic surgery. There were 32 benign tumors and 20 malignant tumors. According to the specific conditions after excision of the patients, individualized plastic repair and treatment regimens were adopted, and the specific methods included direct excision suture, skin grafting repair, skin flap repair, skin flap grafting and repair method. Results All the patients recovered well after operation, the wound healed completely, the appearance repair results were satisfactory, and no recurrence occurred during the follow-up, and the function was good. Conclusion Elderly patients with facial skin tumor for plastic surgery can effectively treat the tumor, and personalized cosmetic repair can obtain satisfactory appearance and good functions, the recurrence rate is low, is worthy of popularization and application.
