口腔正畸治疗牙周病致前牙移位的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的对牙周病致前牙移位患者的口腔正畸治疗临床效果进行观察分析。方法回顾性分析2012年1月~2016年12月期间在我院进行口腔正畸治疗的病例资料,从中抽取牙周病伴前牙移位的患者资料作为研究对象,符合纳入条件的共80例。观察所有患者在治疗前后的平均前牙覆盖、前牙覆k、牙周袋深度、牙槽骨高度,血清IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α以及随访6个月后牙齿的松动度。结果 80例患者的前牙覆盖、前牙覆k、牙周袋深度较治疗前具有明显改善(P<0.05),牙槽骨高度无明显差异(P>0.05);血清水平(IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α水平优于治疗前,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸治疗对于牙周病伴前牙移位的治疗效果明显,有效改善预后,为临床治疗牙周病伴前牙移位病例具有参考意义。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of orthodontic treatment for the patients with anterior tooth displacement caused by periodontitis. Methods A retrospective analysis of the patients with the orthodontic treatment in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2016. Extracted the patient data with periodontitis with anterior displacement of anterior teeth as the research object, a total of 80 cases conforming to the conditions of inclusion.Each case was treated as the control group and the observation group before and after the orthodontic treatment.Patients were observed before and after treatment in the treatment of related indicators（overjet overbite,, periodontal pocket depth and height of alveolar bone）, serum level（IL-2, IL-6, TNF-alpha） and after 6 months of follow-up of loosening of the teeth. Results The observation group of 80 cases of anterior teeth overbite, covering, periodontal pocket depth than in the control group before treatment has improved significantly（P〈0.05）, no significant difference between the height of alveolar bone（P〈0.05）; serum levels（IL-2, IL-6, TNF-levels than [should be specific, such as what kind of index were higher than those before treatment, or lower than before treatment, etc.] before treatment, and the observation group of patients significantly decreased mobility improved, there was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion orthodontic treatment is effective in the treatment of periodontal disease with anterior tooth displacement, and it can effectively improve the prognosis. It has a reference value for clinical treatment of periodontal disease with anterior teeth displacement.
