摘  要:为研究影响碳纤维湿法缠绕复合材料性能的因素,通过国内外T700S级碳纤维表面状态、NOL环及φ150容器的性能试验,研究了NOL环层剪强度对T700S级干喷湿纺碳纤维湿法缠绕复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,T700S级干喷湿纺碳纤维φ150mm容器爆破性能与复合材料NOL环层剪强度相关,层剪强度越高,其φ150mm容器爆破性能越低。In order to research the effects of the carbon fiber wet winding composites performance,through the experimental study of the surface state of domestic and foreign T700 S grade carbon fiber and NOL ring and φ150 pressure vessels wound with the domestic and foreign T700 S grade carbon fiber reinforced composite,the NOL ring interlaminar shear strength of T700 S grade carbon fiber wet winding composites were analyzed. The results showed that the φ150 pressure vessels bursting performance was in relation to the NOL ISS. The higher the NOL ISS is,theφ150 pressure vessels bursting performance will be.
