关于尽快建立江苏海洋大学的思考

摘　　要：江苏地理位置优越,发展海洋经济具有得天独厚的优势。但由于涉海人才匮乏,亟需一所海洋大学来支撑江苏海洋经济的可持续发展。连云港在江苏海洋经济的发展过程中一枝独秀,具备建设海洋大学的各种基本条件。应强化滨海优势,加快沿海城市化进程,优先发展海洋教育,提高从业者素质,大力发展海洋新兴产业,促进产学研合作,强化金融支撑,保障海洋教育工作顺利开展。It is important that Jiangsu＇s geographical position is superior, which has the unique advantages to develop marine economy. However, due to the shortage of sea-related talents, it is urgent to establish a marine university to support the sustainable development of Jiangsu marine economy. Lianyungang plays an important role in the development of Jiangsu marine economy and has various basic conditions for the construction of an ocean university. We should strengthen the advantages of coastal areas,speed up the process of coastal urbanization, give priority to marine education, improve the quality of practitioners, vigorously develop new industries in the oceans, promote cooperation in industry, study and research, and strengthen financial support to ensure the smooth development of marine education.
