摘　　要：阐述了湖南省高职教育技能抽查考试实施现状,分析了技能抽考政策实施后对高职院校人才培养的影响,以数控专业为例,提出了数控专业人才培养改革遵循的四条原则以及改革的思路,明确了数控专业人才培养改革中必须解决的三个关键问题,给予改革者一定的启示。This paper expounds the current status of the implementation of skills examinations in higher vocational education in Hu＇nan Province, and analyzes the impact of the implementation of skills sampling test policies on the cultivation of talents in higher vocational colleges. Taking the numerical control profession as an example, it presents four principles and reforms for the training of numerical control professionals. The idea has clearly identified three key issues that must be addressed in the reform of NC professional training and give some inspiration to reformers.
