摘　　要："十三五"时期战略性新兴产业摆在经济社会发展更加突出的位置,为顺应湖北省战略性新兴产业的快速发展,掌握创新人才需求及其变化趋势,将灰色预测模型和统计分析有机结合,以相对研发人数、相对从业人员数和研究人员投入强度为变量建立GM(1,1)模型,对"十三五"期间湖北省战略性新兴产业创新人才需求数量、质量和结构进行了预测分析。结果显示,"十三五"期间湖北省战略性新兴产业创新人才需求重心将逐渐转向航空、航天器及设备制造和计算机及办公设备制造,因此专业设置方面可多设置一些航空航天及计算机专业;与此同时,要特别注重研发与研究人员等高质量创新人才的培育。The Strategic Emerging Industry（SEI）is being placed in a more prominent position during the＂The Thirteenth Five-Year Plan＂.In order to adapt to the rapid development of Hubei SEI and grasp the innovative talents demand and its changing trend,the gray prediction model and statistical analysis are combined,and the GM（1,1）model was established on the basis of the relative research development（RD）number,the relative number of employees and the proportion of researchers accounted for employees aiming to forecast and analyze the quantity,quality and structure of the innovative talents in Hubei SEI during the＂The Thirteenth Five-Year Plan＂.The results show that the focus of innovative talent will gradually shift to aviation,spacecraft and equipment manufacturing and computer and office equipment manufacturing,so Hubei should set more aerospace and computer science majors.At the same time,it should also pay special attention to cultivate high-quality innovative talents,such as RD talents.
