板式家具用薄木贴面刨花板VOCs释放特性的研究

摘  要:以板式家具用薄木贴面刨花板为研究对象,研究水曲柳薄木贴面的工艺条件:施胶配比、涂胶量、热压温度对薄木贴面刨花板挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)释放特性的影响。结果表明,薄木贴面能减少刨花板VOCs的释放,热压温度升高、施胶量增大都会使薄木刨花板的总有机挥发物(TVOC)释放量增大,初始释放浓度上升,施胶配比增加,TVOC释放量呈现先减小后增大的趋势;通过对试件VOCs成分进行分析表明,施胶量越高,萜和脂肪族类物质含量越低,饱和烃类和苯系物化合物挥发量越高;热压温度越高,苯系物化合物相对含量越大,而饱和烃类物质和萜类物质的相对含量越小。The effects of overlaying process conditions(e.g. sizing ratio, coating amount and hot-pressing temperature) on the release characteristics of volatile organic compounds(VOCs) from particleboard for panel furniture with fraxinus mandshurica veneer were investigated in this paper. The main findings indicated that the veneer overlaying could reduce the VOCs concentration of particleboard. With the increase of hot pressing temperature and coating amount, the concentration of total organic volatiles(TVOC)and the initial concentration from particleboard with veneer increased, whereas concentration of TVOC were firstly decreased and then increased with the increasing of sizing ratio. According to the analysis of VOCs components of the specimen, the increase of the higher coating amount reduced the content of terpene and the fat family, and improved the volatilization of the alkanes and aromatic compounds. However, the higher the thermal pressure temperature, the higher the relative content of aromatic compounds, and the lower the relative content of the alkanes and terpenes were.
