大型体育赛事对城市生态环境的胁迫效应及应对策略研究

摘　　要：大型体育赛事作为一项特殊的人类社会活动,在承办的过程中如何实现"绿色发展"是生态文明建设进程中亟待解决的问题。运用文献资料等研究方法,分析了体育赛事对城市生态环境产生的胁迫效应及其特点,认为承办体育赛事主要对城市的大气环境、水资源、土壤资源和声环境等领域产生胁迫效应,并且具有不确定性、动态变化性和叠加性等特点。针对体育赛事对城市生态环境产生胁迫效应的现象,提出赛前加强赛事举办城市生态承载力的评估、赛中加强赛事举办城市的生态环境监控和赛后加强举办城市生态环境的修复补偿的应对策略,以期促进城市生态环境的可持续发展。As one of the special human social activities,how the comprehensive competitive sports events can be hosted in the achievement of＂green development＂of the ecological civilization is the most important.Through literature study and other research methods,this paper analyzes the urban ecological stress brought by hosting the comprehensive competitive sports events and its characteristics.It is assumed that the ecological stress is mainly on the atmosphere,water,soil and sound of a city.It is uncertain,dynamic and can be increased.In order to relieve the stress and promote the sustainable development of urban ecological environment,the assessment of urban ecological capacity before the events,the urban ecological environment monitoring during the events and the repairing of the ecological environment after the events should be done.
