摘　　要：15年来,为了全方位提升学生临床能力,我校从加强附属医院建设着手,确立了以医教协同育人机制为核心,以中医学术特点和人才成长规律为指导,临床真实情境体验为主体,中医思维、传承和诊治能力培养为导向的总体改革思路,构建了"三融通"中医临床教学体系,优化中医本科人才培养模式,取得显著教学效果及系列创新成果。During the past fifteen years, in order to comprehensively improve the clinical ability of students, NUCM starts from affiliated hospital construction, and take clinic coordinated teaching as the core, guided by the academic characteristics of Chinese medicine and the law of talent growth, following by real experience in clinic, TCM thinking, inheritance and diagnosis and treatment ability training as the oriented. Furthermore, three abilities digestion were constructed, and optimize the training mode, which achieve remarkable teaching effect.
