摘　　要：为了培养出能切实服务生物制药产业的应用型创新型生物制药人才,笔者根据多年的教学、科研和科技服务经验,构建了一套应用特色明显的生物制药人才培养体系,即确定一个培养方向,体现两个培养特色,在理论教学、实践教学和考核方式上形成三个突出,在师资队伍培养和学生专业技能训练方面打造四个平台。In order to train application-oriented innovative biopharmaeeutical talents who are capable of serving the biopharmaceutieal industry, a set of training system for application-oriented biopharmaceutical talents was constructed,based on years of experience in teaching,research and technology services in this paper. This system contained one training direction, two training characteristics reflected, three prominent properties formed in academic teaching, practical teaching and evaluation method, and four platforms built in teacher team cultivation and student＇ s professional skill practice.
