下部支承柱受撞击荷载作用的单层球面网壳动力响应分析

摘  要:车辆撞击荷载是工程中常见的冲击荷载,本文主要研究这种冲击荷载作用下带支承柱的单层球面网壳的动力响应.利用通用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对40m跨度带下部支承柱的K6型单层球面网壳进行了分析,根据支承柱的变形以及上部网壳结构的竖向位移和塑性发展,得出了三种动力响应模式.通过改变冲击角和顶杆截面这两个参数,给出了结构动力响应随参数变化的分布规律.研究结果表明:顶杆截面的不断增大并不会对上部网壳结构产生明显的有利影响,合理截面顶杆的断裂可以部分阻断冲击荷载的传递,对防止球面网壳整体坍塌是有利的;冲击物以60°的冲击角撞击支承柱时对上部网壳结构影响比0°、30°、90°时大.Vehicle impact loads are commonly observed in engineering.This paper investigated dynamic response of single-layer spherical reticulated shells with vehicle impact loads acting on its supporting columns.A 40-meter-span K6 single-layer spherical reticulated shell with substructure is established by finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA.According to the deformation of the supporting column,the vertical displacement as well as the plasticity distribution for members of the reticulated shell structure,three dynamic response modes are defined.By changing the impact angle and the connecting stiffness between the reticulated shell and the supporting beam,dynamic responses of the structure with different parameters are analyzed.Results show that when the impact load hits the supporting column with an angle of 60°,the dynamic response on upper reticulated shell is greater than that of 0°,30°and 90°.The increase of connection stiffness between the reticulated shell and the supporting beam does not have a significant beneficial effect on the reticulated shell structure,but a reasonable cross section can partially block the transmission of the impact load,which is advantageous to prevent the collapse of the spherical reticulated shell as a whole.
