摘　　要：主要研究数据挖掘中的聚类技术在高校思想政治教育管理中的应用。通过对辅导员＂工作考核量化表＂的数据分析,按照数据挖掘的聚类分析过程,对各种数据进行预处理,使用划分方法中的k均值算法,实现了数据的聚类分析,最终得到具有指导价值的结果。In this paper,we study clustering technology of data mining,and apply to ideological and political education management.Through data analysis of ＂ work assessment quantitative table＂ according to the clustering analysis of data mining process,sorts of data are processed.Byusing the k-means algorithm,the clustering analysis of data is completed.Finally,the results which have guiding value are obtained.
