丁苯酞联合银杏叶胶囊治疗帕金森症伴抑郁、睡眠障碍患者的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探究丁苯酞联合银杏叶胶囊治疗帕金森症伴抑郁、睡眠障碍患者的临床疗效。方法选取为2016.3~2017.8之间我院收治的118例帕金森症伴抑郁、睡眠障碍患者为研究对象,采用数字表法随机分为观察组及对照组,各59例,对照组单纯采用银杏叶胶囊治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上加用丁苯酞治疗,分别采用帕金森病综合评分(UPDRS)Ⅱ、UPDRSⅢ、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、帕金森病睡眠量表(PDSS)评价两组患者治疗前后的情况。结果治疗前、治疗4周时两组患者UPDRSⅡ、Ⅲ评分对比无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗8周时观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者HAMD评分对比无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗4周、治疗8周时观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者PDSS评分对比无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗4周、治疗8周时观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞联合银杏叶胶囊治疗能够有效改善帕金森症伴抑郁、睡眠障碍患者的抑郁症状和睡眠障碍。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Butylphthalide combined with Ginkgo biloba extract on Parkinson＇s disease patients with depression and sleep disorders. Methods A total of 118 Parkinson＇s disease patients with depression and sleep disorders were selected and randomly divided into observation group （n=59） and control group （n=59） . The control group was treated with Ginkgo Biloba capsule, while the observation group was treated with Ginkgo Biloba capsule combined with Butylphthalide. The （UPDRS） Ⅱ, UPDRS Ⅲ, Hamilton Depression Scale （ HAMD ）, Parkinson＇s Disease Sleep Scale （ PDSS ） were evaluated the efficacy of patients in the two groups before and after 4, 8 weeks of treatment. Results There was no significant difference in UPDRS Ⅱ and Ⅲ scores between the two groups before and after 4 weeks of treatment （P〉 0.05 ） . After the 8 weeks of treatment, the UPDRS Ⅱ and Ⅲ scores of patients in observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈 0.05 ） . Before treatment, there was no significant difference on the scores of HAMD and PDSS between the two groups （P〉0.05）, after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment, the scores of HAMD and PDSS in the observation group was significantly better than those the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion Butylphthalide combined with Ginkgo Biloba capsule can effectively improve the clinical symptoms on Parkinson＇s disease patients with depression and sleep disorders.
