延续护理干预对双相抑郁患者家属疾病认知状况及患者功能失调性状况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨延续护理干预对双相抑郁患者家属疾病认知状况及患者功能失调性状况的影响。方法选择在我院住院治疗后出院的双相抑郁缓解期患者82例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组41例。对照组患者及家属给予精神病常规出院指导,观察组患者及家属给予延续护理干预。随访8周,比较两组患者家属疾病认知状况,比较两组患者功能失调状况。结果干预8周后,观察组患者家属疾病认知状况各项目评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者功能失调性状况各维度评分明显少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论延续护理干预有效提高双相抑郁患者家属的疾病认知水平,进一步改善患者功能失调性状况。Objective To investigate the effect of continuing nursing intervention on knowledge of bipolar in relatives of patients with bipolar depression and dysfunctional attitudes of the patients with bipolar depression. Methods A total of 82 discharged patients at remission stage of bipolar depression admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 41 cases in each group. Patients and their relatives of the control group were performed conventional discharge instruction for mental illness, while patients and their relatives in the observation group were performed continuing nursing intervention. After follow-up visit for 8 weeks, the knowledge of bipolar in the relatives and dysfunctional attitudes of the patients were compared. Results After 8 weeks of intervention, the item scores of disease cognition status of relatives of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than in the control group （P〈 0.01 ）; the dimension scores of dysfunctional attitudes of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （ P〈0.01 ） . Conclusion Continuing nursing intervention can effectively enhance the level of disease cognition of relatives of patients with bipolar depression, and further improve the dysfunctional attitudes of the patients.
