摘　　要：目的观察心理支持对胃癌化疗患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年1月~2016年12月期间我院收治的87例胃癌化疗的患者作为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为两组。对照组43例接受常规护理,观察组44例患者在常规护理的基础上接受心理支持。比较两组患者干预过程中的焦虑抑郁情绪,依从性及生活质量评分(QOL)的变化。结果观察组干预后焦虑抑郁情绪改善程度显著优于对照组,且治疗依从性显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组患者的生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理的基础上,合并心理支持能够有效改善胃癌化疗患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,提高其治疗依从性及生活质量。Objective To study the impact of psychological support on anxiety and depression mood as well as compliance and quality of life in patients with chemotherapy for gastric cancer. Methods From January 2015 to December 2016, 87 patients were chosen as study objects, and all of them were divided into 2 groups： 44 patients in the study group （psychological support ＋ routine nurse ） and 43 patients in control group （routine nurse only ） . The anxiety and depression mood, treatment compliance and quality of life were compared between two groups. Results The improvement of anxiety and depression in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the treatment compliance was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） . After intervention, the quality of life of study group was higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The impact of psychological support on the basis of routine nursing care can alleviate the anxiety and depression mood, improve the treatment compliance and quality of life of gastric cancer patients treated with chemotherapy.
