摘 要:目的探讨静息状态下药物过量性头痛患者发作期脑功能活动情况。方法选择2016年5月-2017年10月在解放军总医院和解放军总医院第一附属医院门诊就诊并诊断为药物过量性头痛的患者16例,以及与患者年龄、性别匹配的健康对照者16例。进行静息态功能磁共振扫描。采用局部一致性(Re Ho)的分析法比较两组患者脑功能活动情况。结果药物过量性头痛患者与健康对照相比,脑桥、前扣带回、双侧小脑、枕叶、眶额叶皮质、海马旁回以及豆状核等区域的Re Ho值下降(P<0.05)。结论静息状态下,药物过量性头痛患者发作期存在脑功能异常。Objective To explore the brain function of medication overuse headache (MOH) patients in resting state. Methods From May 2016 to October 2017, 16 outpatients with MOH admitted to our hospital and 16 healthy controls matched by age and gender with patients were enrolled as MOH group and NC group, respectively. All participants received resting-state functional MRI scanning. Regional homogeneity (ReHo) analysis was used to compare the brain function of the two groups. Results Compared with healthy controls, the ReHo value of the pons, anterior cingulate gyrus, bilateval cerebellum, occipital lobe, orbitofrontal cortex, parahippocampalgyrus and lentiform nucleus in MOH patients increased significantly (all P 〈 0.05). Conclusion In the resting state, MOH patients have abnormal brain function during the ictal period.
