以职业技能大赛引领高职院校专业人才培养模式改革——以西安铁路职业技术学院铁道通信与信息化技术专业为例

摘　　要：职业技能大赛对推动高职院校人才培养模式改革具有重要意义，铁道通信专业以技能大赛为引领，从优化专业课程体系、改革专业教学内容、推动师资队伍建设、深化校企合作、突出素质教育等方面开展教学改革取得了明显成效，提出了依托技能大赛不断提升专业人才培养质量的途径。The professional skills competition is of great significance to the reform of the talent training mode in higher vocational colleges. The railway communications major is guided by the skill competition, and the teaching reform has been obtained from the aspects of optimizing the professional curriculum system, reforming the professional teaching content, promoting the construction of the teaching staff, deepening the cooperation between the school and enterprises, and stressing the quality education. It puts forward the way to continuously improve the quality of profes- sional training relying on skills competition.
