摘　　要：本文介绍了细胞骨架的组成，简述了其各部分及相关的调控因子功能的研究进展，及其在肿瘤发生、发展中的作用。分析表明，细胞骨架结构及功能的改变能影响细胞的结构及功能，可能在肿瘤发生发展中起到关键作用。研究细胞骨架的结构与功能，有助于我们进一步了解肿瘤的发病机制，为肿瘤治疗提供新的靶点。This paper introduces the composition of the cytoskeleton, briefly describes the research progress of its various parts and related regulatory factor functions, and its role in the development of tumor. Analysis shows that the changes of cytoskeleton structure and function can affect the structure and function of ceils, and may play a key role in the development of tumor. To study the structure and function of cytoskeleton will help us understand the pathogenesis of tumor and provide new targets for tumor therapy.
