摘　　要：当需减数矫治的患者上颌切牙存住发育异常或因外伤龋坏预后不良时．可选择减数上颌切牙。北京大学口腔医学院·口腔医院正畸科收治1例外伤致上领中切牙脱落的安氏Ⅱ类骨性错胎畸形患者，经正畸-牙周-修复联合治疗，取得满意的效果，现报道如下。
