摘  要:电梯运行状态远程监控和参数评估以及系统管理是提升电梯安全运行的新举措。提出了一种基于MQTT协议的物联网电梯监控系统,该系统由物联网终端设备、阿里云服务器、电脑或手机终端设备组成。终端以STM32F407ZGT6作为核心控制器,通过移植LwIP与FreeRTOS实现Socket网络通信,基于MQTT协议实现终端与阿里云服务器之间的数据传输,将终端采集的电梯实时状态信息与故障信息上传到远程服务器。在电脑或手机上登录MQTT客户端去订阅对应主题的消息,可以对电梯的状态进行实时监控与评估。通过实验证明,该系统设计合理运行可靠,具有良好的兼容性且成本低,提升了电梯运行的监控能力和故障诊断的效率。Remote monitoring of elevator operating status,parameter evaluation and system management is a new idea to enhance the safe operation of the elevator.This paper presented an elevator monitoring system with internet of things based on MQTT protocol,which consists of internet of things terminal equipment,Ali clound server and computer or mobile terminal equipment.Internet of things terminal equipment takes STM32 F407 ZGT6 as its control core,and socket network communication can be achieved through the LwIP and FreeRTOS.Internet of things terminal equipment can acquire real-time status and fault information of elevator and send them to Ali clound server.The users can examine the operating status by logging in the MQTT client which can subscribe messages on the computer or mobile phone.Experiments showed that the system was reasonable and operated with reliability,which has good compatibility and low cost,and improves the elevator monitoring ability and the efficiency of fault diagnosis.
