摘 要:对TP2、TU以及加稀土铜铸坯在室温低速率压缩条件下的成形性能进行了研究,分析了三种材料在不同应变速率以及应变量条件下的力学性能与其组织变化之间的关系。采用(Optical Microscope)OM及(Scanning Electrical Microscope)SEM对压缩前后的试样进行组织观察,发现TP2和TU试样在50%压下量条件下,试样中心区域产生与压缩方向呈45°的剪切带,其数量及规模在70%压下量时大量增加,而加稀土试样没有或很少产生该现象。对Cu6La第二相粒子在压缩前后的组织形态进行了背散射扫描观察,发现Cu6La粒子形状及分布在压缩前后并没有发生明显的改变,确定了其不可变形粒子的特性。显微硬度分析结果表明,随着应变量的增加,TP2及TU试样的显微硬度较铸态组织有非常明显的提升,而稀土试样则变化并不明显。综合分析来看,稀土铜铸坯在室温低速率压缩条件下,具有更好的加工性能。At the condition of low rate dynamic compression,the room temperature formability of the as-cast copper billets of TP2,TU and Cu-La alloy were studied. The relationship between mechanical properties and organization of the three materials compressed at different strain rate and strain were analyzed. The microstructure of samples was observed by optical microscope( OM) and scanning electrical microscope( SEM). After 50% deformation,the adiabatic shear bands( ASBs) with 45 degrees of compression direction were found in the center region of the samples of TP2 and TU. And the quantity and size increased after 70% deformation. However,there are no or rarely the ASBs in the samples of Cu-La alloy at any amount of deformation. Using backscattered electron scan,it can be found that compared with samples before deformation,there are almost no changes with the morphology and distribution of the second phase particles Cu6 La in deformed Cu-La alloy. Then the characteristics of non-deformable particles are determined. The results of micro hardness analysis show that,with further deformation,the microhardness of TP2 and TU samples is obviously improved compared with the as-cast ones. However,the Cu-La alloy has barely improved. In general,the rare earth copper billet has better processing performance under the dynamic compression at room temperature and low strain rate.
