药检系统能力验证服务平台的构建与实现

摘　　要：目的:通过搭建并应用能力验证服务平台,实现对能力验证活动中关键环节的管理。方法:按照能力验证准则对关键环节的要求,在能力验证服务平台中构建4个基本模块(参加者管理、能力验证计划管理、能力验证样品管理以及能力验证结果管理),初步实现了能力验证活动的电子化管理。结果:通过使用该平台,2015和2016年顺利完成了63个能力验证计划的组织实施。结论:利用能力验证服务平台,可以及时完成对能力验证相关数据的统计与转移;同时,能够提高工作效率,为参加者及组织者提供良好的沟通机制,保证能力验证计划的顺利开展。Objective： To achieve management of key procedures of proficiency testing（PT） through the construction and implementation of PT service platform. Methods： Four basic modules, including management of the participants, PT plan management, sample management and result management were established in the service platform according to the requirements on the key procedures of PT criteria. The preliminary electronic management of the PT activities was established. Results： 63 PT programs were successfully organized and implemented by using the service platform in 2015 and 2016. Conclusion： PT data can be collected and transferred in time by using the PT service platform, meanwhile, the efficiency can also be improved and a communication system can be set up for both organizers and participants so as to ensure the implementation of the PT plan.
