百级层流病房血液病患者医院感染控制的护理体会

摘　　要：目的提高百级层流病房的管理水平,降低血液病患者医院感染几率。方法选择南通市第一人民医院2016年3月-2017年2月74例恶性血液病患者入住层流洁净病房接受化疗为观察组,193例患者在普通病房接受化疗为对照组,加强对层流洁净病房环境、物品及患者的管理,同时监测医护人员进入层流洁净病房,观察两组的感染发生率及感染部位。结果入住层流洁净病房患者医院感染率为47.2%,低于对照组的72.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者感染部位均以呼吸道、消化道、泌尿道为主。结论提高百级层流洁净病房的管理水平,使层流病房更规范标准化,可以降低血液病医院感染发生率,缩短患者住院时间,促进患者早日康复。Objective To improve the management level of the 100 grade laminar flow ward and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection in patients with hematological diseases. Methods From March 2016 to February 2017, 74 cases of malignant hematological diseases were admitted to the laminar flow clean ward to receive chemotherapy as the observation group, 193 patients received chemotherapy in the general ward as the control group. To strengthen the management of the environment, articles and patients in laminar clean wards, and monitor the entry of medical personnel into laminar flow clean wards. The incidence of infection and the site of infection were observed in the two groups. Results The infection rate was 47.2% in patients with laminar clean ward and 72.0% in control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Respiratory tract, digestive tract, and urinary tract were main infection sites in both two groups.Conclusion To improve the management level of the 100 level laminar flow clean wards, and standardize the laminar ward, whicih can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection in the hospital, shorten the time of hospitalization and promote the recovery of the patients.
