摘 要:目的探讨团体辅导在我院本科护理专业学生临床教学中的应用,为护理本科生临床教学提供参考依据。方法选取2016年6月至2017年4月在我院实习的30名本科护理专业学生作为研究对象,采用团体辅导教学方式进行临床实践教学,分别于干预前后采用学生职业认同问卷对学生进行调查。结果干预后学生职业认同总分及职业自我概念、社会说服2个维度得分高于干预前(P<0.05),而留职获益及离职风险维度得分低于干预前(P<0.05)。结论在临床实习阶段采用团体辅导教学可有效提升护理本科生的职业认同。Objective To explore the effects of group counseling teaching method for the undergraduate nursing students. Methods Totally 30 undergraduate nursing practice students in a hospital were selected from June 2016 to April 2017. Group counseling was used to guide the clinical teaching. Students were investigated by nursing career identity questionnaire and Nursing satisfaction questionnaire before and after the practice. Results After clinical practice,the students' professional identity and satisfaction with the teaching were both improved(P〈0.05). Conclusion Group counseling can effectively improve the professional identity of nursing undergraduates and increase their learning effects and satisfaction with teaching.
