摘 要:目的调查护理专业学生死亡焦虑及对死亡教育需求的现状,为进一步开展死亡教育,缓解学生对死亡的焦虑提供依据。方法采用死亡焦虑量表及死亡教育需求量表对福建省某医学院校4年制护理专业1 055名学生进行问卷调查。结果护理专业学生死亡焦虑总分为(45.71±7.47)分,死亡教育需求总分为(37.92±7.05)分。其中,年级、宗教信仰、是否接受过死亡教育是影响护理专业学生死亡焦虑水平的因素(P<0.05)。结论护理专业学生死亡焦虑水平较高,对死亡教育也有较高的需求,护理教育者应在医学院校对死亡教育予以更好的规划。Objective To investigate the death anxiety and education needs among undergraduate nursing students. Methods A total of 1055 undergraduate nursing students were investigated by Templer's Death Anxiety Scale and Demand for Death Education Scale. Results The score of students' death anxiety was(45.71±7.47),while the score of students' demand for death education was (37.92±7.05). Grade,rehgious behef,and whether or not the students received death education were the influencing factors of death anxiety(P〈0.05). Conclusion The level of death anxiety and death education needs were high among undergraduate nursing students. It is suggested that nursing educators should plan death education in medical schools.
