核干细胞因子在食管腺癌组织中的表达及其与临床特征的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨核干细胞因子在食管腺癌组织中的表达情况及其与患者临床特征的关系。方法收集80例食管腺癌患者的病灶组织及相应的癌旁正常组织,采用链霉亲和素-生物素-过氧化物酶复合物法(SABC)对食管腺癌组织与癌旁正常组织中的核干细胞因子进行检测,并分析核干细胞因子表达与食管腺癌患者临床特征的关系。结果核干细胞因子在食管腺癌组织、癌旁正常组织中的阳性表达率分别为75.0%、31.2%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);核干细胞因子的阳性表达与食管腺癌患者的组织分化程度、浸润深度及淋巴结转移情况有关(P﹤0.05),但与食管腺癌患者的性别、年龄、TNM分期、肿瘤直径无关(P﹥0.05)。结论食管腺癌组织中核干细胞因子的表达异常,临床上可以将其作为测定食管腺癌的一种重要标志物。Objective To investigate the expression of nucleostemin in esophageal adenocarcinoma tissue and to analyze the relationship between their expression and clinical features. Method The expression of nucleostemin in tumor tissue and normol tissue adjacent to the tumor of 80 patients with esophageal adenocarcinoma were detected by strept avidin-biotin complex（SABC） method. The relationship between the expression of nucleostemin and clinical features was analyzed. Result The positive rates of expression of nucleostemin in esophageal adenocarcinoma tissue and normal tissue adjacent to the esophageal adenocarcinoma were 75.0% and 31.2%, respectively, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）; the positive expression of nucleostemin was correlated with the clinical differentiation, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis of esophageal adenocarcinoma（P〈0.05）; there was no correlation between the positive expression of nucleostemin in esophageal adenocarcinoma and the sex, age, TNM stage or tumor size（P〉0.05）. Conclu Conclusion The abnormal expression of nucleostemin in esophageal adenocarcinoma tissue is closely related to the occurrence and development of this disease, which can be used as an index for the determination of esophageal adenocarcinoma.
