摘 要:选取我国战略性新兴产业的专利申请数和授权数作为创新产出指标,运用随机前沿分析方法研究其创新转化效率及极化效应。研究得出:我国专利申请导向的产业创新转化效率为0.864,而专利授权导向的创新转化效率仅为0.398;战略性新兴产业创新能力的区域极化效应呈现倒U型,四大板块区域内差异高于区域间差异,东部、中部、东北部三大板块战略性新兴产业创新能力存在收敛;七大产业间,新能源汽车产业创新能力的极化效应高于其他六大战略性新兴产业;四类专利申请主体中,高校和科研单位的创新极化效应减弱。This thesis selects the number of patent application and authorization of strategic emerging industries in China as the index of innovation output, studies the efficiency of innovation transformation and the effect of polarization by means of stochastic frontier analysis. The results show that, innovation conversion efficiency of the patent application oriented indus- try is 0. 864, while innovation conversion efficiency of the patent authorization is only 0. 398. Strategic emerging industries innovation ability of regional polarization effect presents inverted U - shaped, and difference between the four tectonic plates is higher than that of the region. Innovation capacity of strategic emerging industries in the eastern, central and northeast sectors is the alpha convergence. Among the seven industries, the polarization effect of new energy automobile industry in- novation capacity is higher than that of the other six strategic emerging industries. Among the four types of innovation, the polarization effect of colleges and universities is weakening.
