摘 要:用蒙脱土材料的特殊片层结构,将缓蚀剂咪唑啉季铵盐与聚马来酸、聚乙烯亚胺插入蒙脱土层间,制备出聚电解质封装的负载缓蚀剂的蒙脱土。通过X-射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、电泳测试、SEM与TEM等方法,对制备出的纳米容器进行了表征。由XRD结果可知,与原始蒙脱土相比,插层蒙脱土纳米容器的片层间距明显增大;缓蚀剂纳米容器的FT-IR图谱中也出现了缓蚀剂咪唑啉季铵盐的特征基团吸收峰,表明缓蚀剂成功插入蒙脱土层间。另外,还研究了离子强度和p H值对缓蚀剂纳米容器制备的影响。将制备出的纳米容器放入p H=4和p H=12的腐蚀介质中,评价其对碳钢缓蚀性能的影响。测试结果表明,纳米容器能够起到缓蚀效果。In this paper,montmorillonite,a kind of polyelectrolyte encapsulated corrosion inhibitor,was prepared by intercalation of imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt with poly( maleic acid) and polyethyleneimine into montmorillonite interlayer with special layer structure of montmorillonite. The nano container was characterized by X-ray diffraction,Fu Liye transform infrared spectroscopy,electrophoresis,SEM and TEM. The XRD results show that compared with the original montmorillonite lamellar spacing of montmorillonite nano containers increased significantly; FT-IR spectrum inhibitor nanocontainer also appeared in the feature group corrosion inhibitor of imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt absorption peak showed that corrosion inhibitor was successfully inserted into the interlayer of montmorillonite. In addition,the influence of ionic strength and p H value on thepreparation of inhibitor nano vessel was also studied. The prepared nano container was put into the corrosive medium of p H = 4 and p H = 12 to evaluate its corrosion inhibition performance on carbon steel. The test results show that the nano container can play a corrosion inhibition effect.
