三种新型镍钛系统一次法根管治疗术的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的:对3种新型镍钛系统TF Adaptive、Reciproc及ProTaper Next的临床效果进行评价。方法:将150名成人患者的后牙随机分为3组(n=50),分别使用3种镍钛器械进行根管预备联合热牙胶行一次法根管充填。比较3种器械的根管预备平均操作时间,关于术后7 d患者的疼痛情况,以及术后6个月的临床效果。结果:3组镍钛器械根管预备平均操作时间,由高到低依次为:ProTaper Next组>TF Adaptive组>Reciproc组(组间两两相比P<0.05);根管治疗术后7 d患者疼痛发生率,由高到低依次为:Reciproc组>ProTaper Next组>TFA组(组间比较仅Reciproc组与TFA组相比P<0.05);根管治疗术后6个月疗效进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:TF adaptive和Reciproc镍钛预备系统根管预备用时较短,TF adaptive及Pro Taper Next术后疼痛反应小,3种根备系统均能为根管治疗的成功率提供保证。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of three new nickeltitanium systems TF Adaptive, Reciproc and ProTaper Next. Methods：The posterior teeth of 150 individuals were randomly divided into 3 groups （n = 50）. Three groups of patients were instrumented with TF Adaptive, Reciproc and ProTaper Next, then used warm vertical compaction. Compared the average operation time of root canal preparation, rate of postoperative pain 7 days and the clinical effect after six months. Results ：The average preparation time of root canal preparation in three groups was ProTaper Next 〉 TF Adaptive group 〉 Reciproc group（ P 〈 0. 05 for each two groups）. The incidence of pain at 7 days after root canal therapy in descending order was Reciproc group 〉 ProTaper Next group 〉 TF Adaptive group. And Reciproc group compared with TF Adaptive group, there was statistically significant difference（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no statistically significant difference in clinical effect in sixmonth follow-up after endodontic treatment（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：TF Adaptive and Reciproc new nickel-titanium preparation system for root canal preparation is with high efficiency ,TF Adaptive and ProTaper Next show a small postoperative pain response, which can ensure the success rate of root canal therapy.
