超脉冲CO2激光治疗儿童传染性软疣临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的超脉冲CO2激光治疗儿童传染性软疣的疗效观察。方法选取2015年1月至2017年8月传染性软疣患儿48例。采用超脉冲CO2激光治疗仪治疗。直径≤3mm的疣体，直接用超脉冲CO2激光烧灼整个疣体，烧灼至基底平面下1～2mm深；直径〉3mm的疣体，用超脉冲CO2激光光束垂直击穿疣体哜状窝和软疣小体即可。激光术后局部外擦5％聚维酮碘溶液，保持创面干燥，自然脱痂。结果患儿5～10d脱痂，脱痂后传染性软疣均经一次治疗痊愈，3个月后随访无复发，元明显色素沉着和瘢痕形成。结论采用超脉冲CO2激光治疗儿童传染性软疣安全有效值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the treatment effect of the super pulse CO2 laser in children with infectious molluscum. Methods During 2015.1-2017.8, 48 infectious molluscum patients who were received the super pulse CO2 laser treatment in the department were ehgible for inclusion in the study. The wart body with a diameter of less than or equal to 3mm were received the super pulse CO2 laser treatment directly and burnt to the basal plane 1-2mm. The wart with a diameter of more than 3mm were vertically broken down wart body umbilical fossa and monuscum body by the super pulse CO2 laser. After received the super pulse CO2 laser treatment, the wound were kept dry and naturally scab offwith using 5% povidone iodine solution. Results The scab off time was 5 to 10 days. After that all infectious molluscum patients were cured with 1 time treatment, and no recurrence after 3 months follow-up. Conclusions The super pulse CO2 laser treatment is worth to widely use and promote for the infectious molluscum treatment.
