编制高职院校教育质量年报报告的探索

摘　　要：编制和发布高等职业教育质量年度报告对促进高职院校自觉接受社会的评议和监督、不断完善其人才培养质量保障体系、推进教学工作诊断与改进制度的建立和实施、培育和形成现代质量文化、全面提升人才培养质量有着重要的现实意义,文章剖析了影响编制高职院校质量年度报告当前存在的认识不深、重视不够、配合不力、分析不足、层次不高等主要问题,并提出了促进高职院校质量年度告报编制质量提高的有效对策,即认真学习,提高认识;高度重视,建立机制;早作筹谋,精心准备;保证合规,追求特色;巧借外力,数据支撑。The compilation and release of the annual report on the quality of higher vocational education is important to promote social evaluation and supervision on the colleges so as to improve the quality assurance system of talent training,promote the establishment and implementation of teaching diagnosis and improvement system,cultivate and form a modern quality culture and to improve the quality of personnel training in an all-round way. This paper analyzes the main existing problems of the annual report including lack of understanding,insufficient attention,poor coordination,inadequate analysis and low level. It also puts forward the effective countermeasures to improve the quality of the annual report of higher vocational colleges by studying hard to increase awareness,attaching great importance to establish mechanism,making arrangement to ensure elaborate preparation,guaranteeing regulations to pursue distinguished features,and getting aid of external force to support data.
