摘 要:目的了解成都市双流区成年居民营养相关慢性病患病现状及其危险因素水平,为制定慢性病防控相关政策措施提供参考依据。方法采用多阶段分层等距抽样方法,抽取全区所有镇/街道18岁及以上常住居民25 024人,通过问卷调查和体格测量,对营养相关慢性病患病现状和相关危险因素进行调查。结果患病率居前3位的营养相关慢性病依次为高血压(15.67%)、肥胖(10.42%)和糖尿病(4.91%);单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示:男性、高龄、离退休、无业或失业、吸烟、已戒烟、饮酒、经常锻炼、口味重是双流区成年居民营养相关慢性病患病的危险因素。结论高血压、肥胖和糖尿病是成都市双流区成年居民的重要健康问题,应根据目前患病率及危险因素采取相应的防控措施。Objective To investigate the prevalence and risk factors of the nutrition-associated chronic diseases in Shuangliu District of Chengdu and provide a basis for developing prevention and treatment measures. Methods By multi-stage stratified systematic sampling method,25 024 residents aged over 18 years were selected. The subjects' socio-economic factors,prevalence of nutrition-associated chronic diseases and related life behavior factors were investigated by a face-to-face questionnaire survey and physical examinations. Results The top three diseases in terms of prevalence were hypertension( 15. 67%),obesity( 10. 42%) and diabetes mellitus( 4. 91%). The results of the multivariate logistic regression showed that male,age,retirement,unemployed,smoking,smoking cessation,drinking,regular exercise and heavy taste were risk factors of nutrition-associated chronic diseases. Conclusion Hypertension,obesity and diabetes mellitus are main health problems among adult residents of Shuangliu District. Corresponding prevention strategies should be taken based on related influencing factors of the diseases.
