摘 要:目的根据双因素理论建立我国健康教育专业技术人员工作满意度评价指标体系,并对其信度、效度进行检验。方法应用德尔菲专家咨询法,邀请27名健康教育、卫生人力和卫生事业管理领域专家,在通过查阅文献初步确定一些核心指标的基础上开展2轮咨询,并根据专家意见的集中和变异程度筛选指标体系。采用探索性因子分析和Cronbach'sα系数对问卷的效度、信度进行检验。结果通过2轮咨询初步确定了健康教育专业技术人员工作满意度评价指标体系,包括一级指标2项、二级指标7项、三级指标38项。2轮咨询中专家积极系数为100%,权威系数为0.79,协调系数分别为0.195(P<0.001)和0.278(P<0.001)。探索性因子分析结果显示,问卷的KMO值为0.958,因子分析总方差解释为70.6%。对量表内部一致性进行检验,发现问卷总体Cronbach'sα系数为0.965,每个维度Cronbach'sα系数均大于0.8。结论初步建立了较全面、合理的健康教育专业技术人员工作满意度评价指标体系。Objective To establish a job satisfaction evaluation system for health education professionals based on Two Factor Theory, and to test the validity and the reliability of the system. Methods 27 experts in the fields of health ed- ucation, health human resource and health management were invited for two-round consultation. The indicators were primarily selected through literature review, and recruited into the evaluation system according to the concentration and variation of experts' opinions. Exploratory factor analysis and Cronbach' s α coefficient was applied to test the validity and the reliability of the system. Results After two-round consultation, 2 first-level indicators, 7 second-level indicators and 38 third-level in- dicators were involved in the evaluation system. The response rate was 100%, average authority coefficient was 0. 79, coor- dination coefficients of the two rounds of consultation were 0. 195 ( P 〈 0. 001 ) and 0. 278 ( P 〈 0. 001 ) respectively. The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that KMO value of the system was 0. 958, and the total variance explained by the factor analysis was 70. 6%. The internal consistency of the scale was tested, and the Cronbach' s ct coefficient of the system was 0. 965, and that of each dimension were all greater than 0. 8. Conclusion A comparatively comprehensive and reason- able job satisfaction evaluation system of health education professionals was initially established.
