摘  要:观察持续光照后雌性大鼠正中隆起室管膜细胞超微结构的变化。雌性大鼠随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组用人工光照24 h,光照强度控制在300 LUX。光照80天后,用扫描电镜观察正中隆起表面的形态学改变。对照组正中隆起无纤毛区细胞结构清楚,在室管膜表面可见大量大小不一的分泌颗粒。实验组正中隆起无纤毛区细胞结构不清,分泌颗粒明显少于对照组。持续光照后雌性大鼠正中隆起室管膜细胞分泌功能明显下降,这种改变可能与生殖功能障碍存在一定的关系。To observe the changes of the ultrastructure of ependymal cells in the median eminence (ME) of female rats after continuous illumination and to explore the significance of these changes. Methods: Eight female rats were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was exposed to light at an intensity of 300 lux for 24 hours. The morphological changes of the median eminence were observed by scan electron microscopy after 80 days of experiment. Results: The nociliated cell structure was clear and a large number of secretary granules of different sizes were found in the ependymal surface in ME in the control group. The nociliated cell structure was not clear and the number of secretary granules in ME was less in experimental group in comparison with the control group. Conclusion: The secretory capacity of ependymal cells in the ME is decreased obviously in female rats after continuous illumination, which may be related to reproductive dysfunction.
