摘　　要：教师教育实验教学中心普遍面临着服务专业广、学生人数多,管理人员少、开放时间长等突出问题。通过建立集成监控、门禁、预约功能于一体的预约系统,对实验室公共场所的音视频进行采集,方便对安全问题进行排查判定。通过安装门禁,方便对实验室的出入进行管理。通过预约系统,还可以帮助学生通过智能手机随时随地进行预约,协助管理员进行预约状态监控、数据统计分析、课程课时安排以及人员管理。通过1年的运行,提高了实验室的开放管理效率。The center of teaching and teacher education is confronted with a wide range of service majors,a large number of students,less management personnel and longer opening hours. To solve these problem,a booking system with integrated monitoring, access control and reservation function is established to collect the audio and video information in the laboratory public place. The system can make easy judge the security problems. The installation of access control facilitates the management of laboratory entrance and leave. The booking system can help students to make bookings at anytime and anywhere by their smartphones,assist administrator to make booking status monitoring,data statistical analysis,course schedule and personnel management. Through one year of operation,the laboratory’s open management efficiency has been improved.
