国外参考咨询馆员能力与培训的研究进展

摘　　要：通过文献综述法,发现国外相关行业规范的修订内容反映了参考咨询馆员能力要求的变化和趋势,尽管要求参考咨询馆员需具备多元能力,但人际沟通能力的重要性并未改变。参考咨询馆员能力的研究以实证调查为主,研究方法和数据来源多样,包括问卷调查、馆员访谈、招聘信息和参考咨询记录的分析。从介绍培训项目到馆员培训参与度的影响因素和培训技巧效果的研究,参考咨询馆员能力提升研究的主题逐渐深入。对比我国在这一领域的研究现状,参考咨询服务馆员的能力与素质指南的编制和能力评估的实证研究是未来的研究方向。The revise of standards and guidelines in foreign countries reflects the changes and trends of the requirements of competencies of reference librarians.The importance of interpersonal communication skills has never changed,although reference librarians are required to have different skills.Studies on the competencies of reference librarians are mainly based on empirical investigations,including questionnaire,interview surveys,and the content analysis of job lists and reference transcripts.The ability improvement of reference librarians are discussed from the aspects of the training programs,the influences on the participation of training programs and effectiveness of training methods.Comparing current researches of our country,the study on the guideline developing and competency assessment of reference librarians are research trends.
