探索派丽奥软膏联合vitapex对牙周牙髓联合病变的有效性及安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨派丽奥软膏联合vitapex对牙周牙髓联合病变的有效性及安全性。方法选取我院2014年9月至2016年11月收治的128例牙周牙髓病变患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用派丽奥软膏治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采取派丽奥软膏联合vitapex糊剂根管充填进行综合治疗,对比两组患者的疗效及相关不良反应情况。结果观察组牙龈改善情况明显优于对照组,观察组综合有效率为95.3%,对照组为82.8%,观察组显著高于对照组,同时,观察组不良反应率明显低于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论 Vitapex糊剂根管填充联合派力奥软膏进行牙周牙髓联合病变的治疗效果显著,相对于常规单一治疗方式更具优势,能够有效促进牙组织修复,杀灭病菌,且不良反应率低,牙龈改善情况良好,值得推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Periocline in combination with vitapex in the treatment of periodontal-pulp joint diseases. Methods A total of 128 cases of periodontal endodontic disease who were treated in our hospital from September 2014 to November 2016 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group. Periocline was used as control group and control group as control. On the basis of the group, we took Paleo ointment combined with Vitapex paste root canal filling for comprehensive treatment. The curative effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The gingival improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group. The comprehensive effective rate was 95.3% in the observation group and 82.8% in the control group. The observation group was significantly higher than the control group. Meanwhile, the adverse reaction rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, P〈0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion Vitapex paste root canal filling with Palio ointment combined pulp and periodontal disease treatment, compared with the conventional single treatment more advantages, can effectively promote tooth tissue repair, kill bacteria, and adverse reactions Low rate, good gum condition, worth promoting.
