钛板坚强内固定治疗颌面部骨折的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评价钛板坚强内固定在颌面部骨折中的应用价值。方法研究参与对象为60例颌面部骨折患者,均为我院2013年1月至2016年1月收治。采用抽签法分成两组,对照组30例,实施骨间钢丝结扎固定术治疗;实验组30例,实施钛板坚强内固定治疗。观察两组患者的治疗情况,记录、分析和比较两组患者的临床疗效、相关指标。结果实验组的总有效率与对照组比较相对较高,差异显示(P<0.05),有统计学意义;实验组的住院时间、恢复时间与对照组比较相对较短,差异显示(P<0.05),有统计学意义;实验组的术后感染率与对照组比较相对较低,差异显示(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论对颌面部骨折患者实施钛板坚强内固定治疗,对骨折愈合有积极意义,减少术后感染,值得推荐。Objective To evaluate the application value of titanium plate rigid internal fixation in maxillofacial fractures. Methods 60 cases of maxillofacial fractures were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016. Divide into two groups by drawing lots, 30 cases in the control group were treated with interosseous wire ligation and fixation; 30 cases of experimental group were treated with rigid internal fixation with titanium plate. Observe the treatment of two groups of patients, record, analyze and compare the two groups of patients’ clinical efficacy, related indicators. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）; In the experimental group, the hospitalization time, the recovery time and the control group were relatively short, the difference showed（P〈0.05）; The postoperative infection rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of titanium plate rigid internal fixation for the treatment of maxillofacial fractures can effectively promote the fracture healing of patients, reduce postoperative infection, it is worth recommending.
